Global Spice Specialty Foods, LLC ("Global Spice," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit globalspiceco.com (the "Website"), use our online shop hosted through Shopify (the "Shop"), or use the Global Spice ordering app (the "App," and together with the Website and Shop, the "Services"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have about your information.

SECTION 1: Information We Collect

We only collect information that helps us serve our customers — primarily restaurants, hotels, and serious home cooks. We do not collect more than we need.  

Information You Provide to Us  

Contact Form (Website). When you reach out through the contact form on globalspiceco.com, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the contents of your message.  

Online Shop (Shopify). When you place an order through our online shop, we collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and payment information. Payment information is processed and stored by Shopify Payments, our secure third-party payment processor. We do not directly store your full credit card or bank account numbers.

1. App Account Setup. Customers who request access to the Global Spice ordering app provide us with their name, email address, phone number, business name, and delivery address. Once you are using the App, we maintain a record of your order history so that we can fulfill your orders and provide reliable service.
2. Direct Communication. If you call, text, or email your sales representative, we may keep records of those communications to help us serve you better.  
3. Information Collected Automatically  When you visit our Website or online shop, our hosts (GoDaddy and Shopify) automatically collect basic technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit, and the dates and times of your visits. This information is used for basic website analytics and security.  We use a small number of cookies on our Website and online shop. A cookie is a small file placed on your device that helps the site function and helps us understand basic visitor activity. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the cookie banner that appears when you first visit the site.

Information We Do Not Collect

1. Sensitive personal information. We do not collect information about your race, religion, health, political views, or other sensitive categories.
2. Children's information. Our Services are intended for businesses and adult consumers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.
